Terms of Service – Clinisend Medical Logistics LLC

All Clinisend Medical Logistics LLC services are strictly limited to the transport of non-hazardous, non-emergency medical materials only. Clinisend does not provide patient transport, emergency medical services, or regulated medical and biohazardous waste transport.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations prior to pickup. Clinisend is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays resulting from improper packaging, inaccurate documentation, or undisclosed contents.

While every effort is made to provide on-time delivery, Clinisend shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic incidents, mechanical issues, or acts of God.

Liability, insurance coverage, and claims procedures are governed by the terms outlined in each client’s individual Service Agreement.

We do not transport items that are illegal, hazardous, or restricted under federal or state law. Clinisend reserves the right to refuse any delivery that may pose risk to safety or compliance.

Clinisend may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
